The terms & conditions of a transaction with Boss Cargo Trailers require that the Buyer must pay Seller a deposit of 25% before Seller will order the trailer.  Buyers shall have the right to cancel this order within 24 hours from the time it is placed and receive a full refund of their deposit.  All sales, following the 24 hour cancellation period, are final.  The balance of the purchase price shall be due and payable by Buyer to Seller at the time of pick up or prior to the delivery of the trailer.  All payments by the Buyer to the Seller must be in the form of a wire transfer, cashier’s check, official bank check, ACH, or other bank financing which has been approved by Seller.  Credit Card payments are not accepted by Seller on custom-built and specialty trailers.  Credit Card Payments are accepted on standard stock with a convenience fee of 3%.    Trailers must be picked up within 30 days of completion.  Buyer understands that Boss Cargo Trailers LLC, is a dealer and not the manufacturer of the trailer ordered by the Buyer, and that all warranties are from the manufacturer.
